1. INTRODUCTION

2. MEMBERSHIP 

​To become a member of Vanity Club, you must :

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Complete the membership application process, providing accurate and complete information.

• Have booked at least once a table or purchased an event ticket on our platform.

 

Membership is valid for a unknown period.

Vanity Club reserves the right to refuse membership or terminate it

without prior notice if the member fails to adhere to these Terms.

Vanity Club provides various social and recreational services,

including but not limited to :

• Access to exclusive events, parties, and gatherings.

• VIP access to selected venues.

• Special promotions and benefits from partner businesses.

 

Services may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

 

4. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

​As a member, you agree to :

• Respect other members and the staff at all times.

• Adhere to the club's dress code, if applicable.

• Not engage in illegal activities or disruptive behavior.

• Ensure that all payments are made promptly and in full.

 

5. PAYMENT & FEES​

Event tickets, and any other services provided by Vanity Club

are subject to applicable fees, taxes, and charges.

Payments must be made as per the details provided by Vanity Club,

either by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified.

​6. TICKET PURCHASE & RESERVATION

​By purchasing a ticket or making a reservation for any event organized by Vanity Club,

you agree to the terms set forth in this Purchase and Refund Policy.

All tickets and reservations must be purchased in advance via the designated channels

provided by Vanity Club, including the website or other authorized platforms.

​6. NON REFUNDABLE TICKETS & RESERVATIONS

Once your payment has been processed and your ticket or reservation has been confirmed,

it can be canceled but not refunded, or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited

to personal circumstances, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

​8. EVENT CANCELLATIONS OR POSTPONEMENTS

In the unlikely event that Vanity Club cancels or postpones an event,

you will be offered the option to either :

• Receive a full refund, or

• Apply the payment to a future event.

 

Vanity Club will notify ticket holders of any cancellations or postponements as soon as possible.

Please ensure that your contact information is up to date to receive such notifications.

9. CHANGES TO EVENT DETAILS

​Vanity Club reserves the right to make changes to the event details, such as the venue, performers,

or event schedule. In the case of significant changes, we will notify ticket holders in advance.

However, changes to event details do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

10. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS

Vanity Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Please keep your tickets safe.

In the event of a lost ticket, Vanity Club will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating the ticket,

but no replacement or refund will be issued for lost or stolen tickets.

11. ADMISSION RIGHTS

Vanity Club reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual for failure to adhere

to our terms and conditions, inappropriate behavior, or any other reason deemed necessary.

In such cases, the ticket or reservation will remain non-refundable.

12. PRIVACY & DATA POLICY

​Vanity Club collects personal data from its members to provide services and for administrative purposes.

All personal data will be processed in compliance with Luxembourg data protection laws

and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. LIABILITY

Vanity Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property, injury,

or inconvenience caused during your participation in any events or services provided.

Customers are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

Vanity Club reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Your continued use of the club's services after changes are made

will be considered acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed

in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg.
